Accounts are required to keep all your ideas safe and backed up. A future version of Paper will allow you to sync your ideas across all your devices.
Our age requirement is a hard rule based on U.S. federal and state legislation. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Paper.
Login requires an active internet connection to recognize an existing account. If you're online and you're in the Account Creation flow, double check that you're using the email address you associated with your account.
When you first create your account you'll receive a welcome email from us with a link to verify your email address. Verifying your email address ensures that you'll be able to reset your password if you get signed out of your account and can't remember your password.
You can reset your password by following this link.
If you're having difficulty using Paper, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your account for you and send you an email confirmation.
Please note that you must have an account to use Paper. You're welcome to cancel your account at any time though you will have to create a new account to use Paper.
